Utorrent not downloading?

I cant get utorrent to work on my v20?

Cell or wifi. Just sits at gathering info.

Works fine cell or wifi in my note 4 running six but not on the v20 running seven.

Any ideas? Is there any sort of spdtware firewall or something on the v20 or in noughat?
