I wonder what you mean with battery issue because my circle battery only shows the x0 values.

I was also wondering if you read my other post about changing the colour or how it is possible to do it myself? I would really like to see how it shows in purple.

Furthermore is it fantastic work and I installed it to my friends Desire too xD.

Just FYI I installed black status bar on CyanogenMod DeFroST ROM and all works fine. Changed the bar to red in Defrost settings. I just couldn't live without your status bar icons!

Thanks trinityEon!
Now it only remains to wait for the UOT kitchen to open to add in my own little customized battery circle :)

I would have one question. I have compared the size of some apk's from you MOD and the LeeDroid 2.1a zip and some are extreme different in size.
For example HtcDialer.apk is in your zip about 800 kb and in LeeDroid it is 1,6 MB.
How does that come ?

Thank you :D

Don't stress mate, i haven't removed anything... LOL the reasoning behind that is the compression techniques used when savng a file.

If you want the long story:
for example if you take a .jpg image it can be saved in many sizes with compression rated from 1=Smallest file size but bad quality and range up to 10=Biggest file size with excellent quality. I try to keep my image files balanced to the highest quality i can achieve with the lowest compression possible. Leedroid is not doing anything wrong because he is using the standard images from the original HTC Sense UI, and sometimes it will differ.

When designing images you will note that a dark image with flat color tends to be alot smaller, compared to an image that is highly textured with lots of gradients... Here you will see that i tended to keep as much of my images to the dark black gloss effect, as i believe they say our AMOLED screens use less power on darker themes than brighter ones, hence saving battery life.

In conclusion:
I only replace the images (.png) from Leedroids ROM, I keep all his hard work on programming(the .xml &.jar files), and make sure i give you the best of both worlds <-------- :) I usually compare manually my files vs the original one by one everytime...painfull and time consuming I know but its well worth it in the end

Hi trinityEon. About to install 1.3a of your theme as I'm running LeeDroid 2.1a.

As I have the Desire HD clock installed, is there anything i need to know, or do, before going through with the installation. Just asking as in the instructions for installing the clock, it states if I wipe the cache for any reason I will lose the clock and possibly cause other errors. You advise to wipe dalvik cache and wipe cache before installation.

Also like to take this opportunity to say I've been a big fan of your theme since 1.1. The only nit pick I have with your entire theme is that I actually prefer the original green answer button. Anyway to keep it that way by playing with the zip or giving the option of the green answer key? Besides that, keep up the good work :)

Thanks trinityEon for your explanation :D Didn't think about the jpeg's ;)
But somehow the DnD feature of the screens in helicopter view does not work but worked before....not that I desperately miss it.
BTW I realy like your MOD. Its great!!!

UX User Interface Developer 4 grabs ---> Blue Carbon Fiber Sense UI + Battery_C v1.3b

Hi all, I am a newbie, but an HTML User Interface Developer by trade. I have just started learning Android, I have an hTc Desire(not branded), hence I want to try helping everyone here and in the process grow my knowledge with this OS. I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but i chose here as i have a desire, and do not know much about other devices yet.

I thank everyone for all their hard work and I would love to be a part of this.

I am a graphics specialist, with 3D Animation experience, hence I offer my services to design for you as you require images and graphics for your apps/ROMs...(provided i am given enough time).

Hopefully i can add benefits to the development of Android so that for Example the Sense UI does not need to be black and green only. \

    Kind Regards :)

    Full Version with everything

Updated to work on Leedroid 2.1a

I have reworked the hTc Stock Sense UI, in a carbon fiber, glossy and a bit of dark brushed aluminium look, something sporty and racey. I try to keep alot of black and smoked colors in my theme, as i am told that black and dark colors on an AMOLED screen uses minimal or does not use much power at all.

Blue Carbon sense has been ported to work on Evo hereThanks to barnacles10

    What you get:
    *tested on Leedroid ROM 1.9
    • Blue carbon fiber buttons
    • Glassy blue / black /white buttons
    • New glassy Icons
    • Notification bar in carbon fiber (aluminum added on landscape)
    • Super circle battery C

    • glass widgets
    • HTC IME Keyboard can be changed using the online kitchen: http://www.gimpsta.com/themer/ ----> currently working on a glass version

    Installation :
    • Ensure you have already done a full boot if you have just installed a new ROM
    • Do Nandroid Backup (USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, that's why we NANDROID backup)
    • Download and copy zip file to SD card
    • Do wipes (no need for factory reset, just dalvik cache and wipe cache) using clockwork
    • Install the zip from SD card
    • Might take long to boot maybe 10 mins mabe longer but be patient, lots of files to swap around. DO NOT PULL OUT BATTERY WHILE BOOTING.
