First off thanks for your effort and support for this device, I want to ask you in case you know a few things:
Now I can't boot to some ROMs (KangOS, Nusantara, Pixel Extended, LineageFE) (Only could with HykonOS); the others redirect me to either TWRP or OFR and I don't want to flash the entire ROM to fix that, I flashed the vbmeta, format, flashed Magisk with no avail.
- Will this firmware allows me to boot completely to system so after can flash other ROM without set it up all again?
- Which file I have to avoid to flash, maybe preloader?
- Any of the 4 scatter and also the scatter attached is accepted for SP Flash tool (v5,1728), what other can I use? Or I have to download the official ROM to use it on it, though.
- What is the right method to enter to download mode using just buttons without open the back cover?
If your device is redirecting to TWRP, I suggest you to flash the stock recovery and see if appears any error message, like "nv data corrupted".

Before flashing custom rom, I suggest you to flash the V12.0.1.0.QJOIDXM (Indonesia), because some custom roms are based on this.

About preloader, I suggest you to keep on V12.0.4.0, because you can flash using spflashtool in download mode and you can avoid the EDL bypass. It is working on Android 11 too.

About scatter file, I suggest you to use the same scatter of the MIUI version you have.

As I said, if you want to skip EDL bypass and flash using download mode, just flash preloader-V12.0.4.0.bin.

Thanks for the help, I flashed it and used it as base, now all the custom ROMs can pass at least the boot/splash, but they get stuck in the settings (it's strange though).

I feel that some ROM I flashed messed something with the product partition.

I guess I will flash the stock ROM you suggested to fixed it.
Regards.

Sometimes, you need to wipe data or your device can be stucked or in bootloop, like when you downgrade your system.
I really prefer stock ROM, I can do everything I want using magisk and xposed :)

Engineering rom is base firmware used by the company to test features and build stock rom for the device.

It is not for daily use, just for unbricking device.
For unbricking device ? I have redmi k40 bootloader locked and open fastboot only so I can use that on edl mode ? It will will work if bootloader locked??

Good job, my friend.
IMEI for Slot1 will not be accepted on release versions.
Just go back to engineering and erase the IMEI for slot1.
It needs to be empty.
Keeps only IMEI for slot2.
And then, it will works perfectly.
Only Xiaomi Centre can recover IMEI for slot1 if you lost it.
I have redmi k40 bootloader locked open only fastboot, eng rom will do any help for me ?? And how i will use it ???

You can flash what you want in EDL mode, it doesn't matter whether your bootloader is locked or not. You should use a specific ENG firmware for your device, not the one from here, something like this https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=17825722713688258725, but the issue would be that you should need an authorized account in order to use MiFlash tool, anyway, you can try it.

The authorization account is the main problem but i will try with eng. Rom.

This link is for Ares k40 gaming edition I want alioth ??
I just showed that this kind of ROMs exist for many devices out there, for this I said "something like this…" not "this..." Search for a ROM that it is exactly for your exact device unless you find, that you know for certain, as it is known in Xiaomi devices, they make a "double" release that are launched for different regions, with the same specs.

 Do you need help with your MERLIN device ?

I installed pixelplusui on miui 12.0.1 android 11 and I lost both imei, I made a backup of nvram and nvdata but when restoring them my imei is not repaired, this method can work for me?
If you want to use pixelplusui, you can write both imei by yourself.
If you want to use stock MIUI, just restore original nvram and erase nvdata.

    Thanks pro,
In Engineer mode, I can repair IMEI, and fix null NVRAM. Then, I readback nvram, nvdata... by SPFT. Then, I flash ROM Stock, and backup nvram,nvdata... But my devices is brick. Now, i return to ROM Engineer.

How enable meta mode and use maui meta in ROM 12.0.4 China (Redmi 10x 4G)? Thanks pro.
Just install USB drivers, open maui meta, click connect and plug powered off phone.
    2
Hello mod, if i flash this Rom, i may repair imei null for my device?
    I'm not a mod.
Engineering Firmware does NOT repair your imei.
It just allow you to enter in meta mode and use maui meta.
You need to do everything by yourself.
Talking about changing imei is not allowed on XDA, please don't ask about how to do that.
    Good luck
