If you find a patched Firehose file for your device, you may use MiFlash to bypass authorization.

how could I transfer the imei data to an official miui rom?

IMEI can't be transferred specifically, but rewritten.
Firstly you need to recover the baseband, in order to can write the IMEI, maybe with the help of an ENG ROM, after that, you can try again with Modem Meta tool.
