I have an issue. When I flashed it the first time, it worked. I checked the boxes for wallpapers and boot animations. I used the pink Floyd boot animation and it worked. But now when I try to change my boot animation to one of the other choices, it goes to the "checking for back up..." (I'm paraphrasing) and nothing happens. It just stays at that screen checking...I waited a good 5-10 minutes and nothing happens. And I didn't check the back up box. The only other thing I can do is click "next"...and when I do, it completes the flash but i still have the pink Floyd boot animation. It won't change. I manually changed my boot with another that I had and that worked.

Thanks for the feedback!
So I think I know where the problem is, and it's with my scripting
What is happening the installer is checking for a choice made in each section, if you skip a section it freezes and doesnt know what to do
The work around is to choose something from each section each time you flash and all will be good
And being each section has an option to do nothing this is no big deal
I'll fix it up as I find the best method to do so
But for now this is an easy solution as I want to keep the options there

Let me know if this works for you and any suggestions you may have to make it better

I have to assume the G 5 and V10 have same camera app because I don't see it in app drawer. And when I click on the installed one I have same freeze issues

I suspect you already had the g5 camera, I did and was having some issues so went back to V10
Depending on the ROM you chose when you rooted, some had the g5 camera pre-installed
The icons look nearly identical and do to the libs they can't both be on the phone at the same time

Do this, check the version of your camera app, flash the aroma installer again and choose V10 camera, this will wipe current camera setup and install the V10
My guess is you will see the camera version will change, the icon will look ever so slightly different, and all issues you had are gone
Let me know if this works for you!
Happy flashing!

I don't run xposed so can't confirm all is working with this installed

So you have run both cameras and both freeze on you? You have confirmed that the version changes when you do this too?
If so have you wiped camera data?

The freeze when reboot I found a work around you have to reboot from recovery.
As for the camera I can use third party camera ( google camera ) . I need xposed not wiling to uninstall it . I have a lot of patience . [emoji41]

I downloaded this and flashed it on lollipop rom and nothing kept at all. I am on no name rom

Unfortunately with the bootloader flags I'm not able to revert and test myself
But there isn't anything in my scripts that should be specific to MM or LP, in fact I have used some very similar scripts as long ago as FROYO (with very little changes)
The only two things I think may not work is the 360 wallpaper and g5 camera but can't test to say one way or the other, I'm leaning to think they both should work

Could you save and get me the log at the end of aroma

So I'm using stock MM with xposed and my camera and everything works. I'm seeing people who are having problems with the camera which I need is flashing this going to mess anything up?
