Xiaomi Mi 10
Hi everyone! This is my first topic.
I just got a Xiaomi MI 10, and after a feel sucessfull updates I'm having troubles with this one... V12.2.6.0.RJBMIXM
The notification about the updated appears from time to time, and, after I click to download the file, I try to install it and keep receiving the error: "Couldn't update Verification problem". I keep clicking "Try Again" but it failes every single time and it's annoying that phone is reminding me to update every time.
Googling about it, I found this forum and saw that this update that my phone is trying to get, is a rolled back one.
So, what and how can I do it to get an recent update for my phone if I keep only getting this one that's rolled back? I never have updated an android phone manually, just used the official ROM's that's been sended to me by "official channels".

I founded a translated version from someone on google's forum with the same problem in 2022

If you want to try manually your bootloader should be unlocked
You need pc with adb drivers
"Mi unlock" for unlocking bootloader
"Mi flash" to flash any rom of your choice

He is getting error with updater in device
& If your bootloader is unlocked, you can also downgrade with little trick of editing mi flash script
I did that many times on my mi 10 (umi)
I know, I was talking about downgrading with the updater.

Thank you all for helping me! I'll try this procedures later on and come back with the results.

Doing the manual installation of one of those rom's, my data will be erased? There's a way to do it without erasing all? Should I download and install only the version thats with error? (V12.2.6.0.RJBMIXM) Or should I download and install the latest version available for my device?

Updater: 3 dots at the top right / select file
(will not erase your data).

I've downloaded the version you pointed, but I didn't find the option to select the file on the updater... Do you have any tips?

I screen recorded to show the options available for me.

Thanks! The option appeared after clicking the logo several times (y). I'll try to update using the INCREMENTAL UPDATE file later this day.

Have you tried download latest package(3 points)?
Yes, several times... Its shows the error: "Can't download update Wait a minute or two and try again". On the video that I posted on my last reply I did tried again, returned the same error 😥.
Before I came to this forum, I exchanged some emails with the official xiaomi support ([email protected]) and did some testing with this option several times, on different days and different time periods... After these tests (and some others) failed to resolve my issue, the support from Xiaomi suggested that I should bring my device to my local service center for further assistance. But my country doesn't have any official service centers, and I would have to return my device to my dealer to try to use my warranty...
So here we are 🙃

If the same, perform a factory reset.
