Verify your Google Account problem

I just bought an P10 Lite and cant access it. When i enter my email it keeps going back to the bypass Google Verify Account. I tried many off the guides on youtube, it wont open google crome so i can perform the requsted steps in the guides, but it just keeps turning back to the Verify your Google Account screen Dont not what to do anymore
