Not nice to make fun of CSR people, they are just employees paid very little and given very little training.
I can generalize because most of these outsourced employees have a language barrier or are either stupid so they don't understand anything. I've come across many employees like this while on technical support and it just gets plain irritating. I'm not trying to be racist and am not an individual who claims immigrants take American's jobs. Just stating it like it is.
Now tell me you haven't come across at least 5 stupid technical supporters... Are you going to say, "they outsourced the wrong person", everytime?

I'm not here to argue, and I honestly don't care if you are outsourced, I was merely stating my opinion off of my experience with different companies. I also said "most", its your job to decide which you fall under.
