dont generalize everyone...This is what happens when you outsource employees...
I can generalize because most of these outsourced employees have a language barrier or are either stupid so they don't understand anything. I've come across many employees like this while on technical support and it just gets plain irritating. I'm not trying to be racist and am not an individual who claims immigrants take American's jobs. Just stating it like it is.dont generalize everyone...
