Well I'm spending $120 on data for four lines so if they price the shared data plans competitively, I wouldn't mind giving up unlimited.
Verizon Eliminating Unlimited Data

One of my family members upgraded from a 3g to a 4g device last month, still has unlimited data. So...by contract, he should keep that unlimited data until his contract expires in 2yrs...
I still have a 3g device...but my contract (line)doesn't expire for 2yrs also..so I should still have unlimited till then...but one of our lines has an upgrade in October available I was thinking of using to get a 4g phone...I assume that by then, if i were to go to a 4g device...i would loose unlimited....which defeats the purpose of 4g..as I wanted the faster speed to stream and tether with..
I also noticed that the texting plan i have..500 with unlimited mobile to mobile is no longer available..I still have it, but can select it for any other of my lines.
