No, the only way you can get tmobile wifi calling is if you have a G928T Tmobile phone with a Tmobile sim card.
Also you will need to Carrier Unlock your Verizon S6 Edge+ phone so the Tmobile sim card will activate and work.

Mine has been a champ got it all working, Then did a factory reset . Now can't rec. Or send mms. And no one can seem to figure it out? It worked before? Other than that it's great. I got it for a great price so I'll deal with it. Although verizon took out the ability to change caller ID ON/OFF.

I have the phone on my hand with a t-mobile sim card on it and it doesn't work... how did you get it to work on tmobile?

You need to set APN settings for T-Mobile. Google T-Mobile APN settings.
