verizon in pakistan issues in messages

Hi everyone i recently purchased note 3 verizon from my friend, here is an issue regarding messages, when i send messege without area code e.g (03*********) message sent, but in casde of reply there is (+92) instead of zero at ths position message is not sent,
Moreover a notifi also displays simcard is from unknown source,
Kindly help me, ?????

You can Force Stop that Notification By Holding that Notification, click on Exclamation Mark, then click on Force Stop, this will kill that Notification..

yes it can be stopped
but
what about messaging problem
1. (+92)
2. when i send a message to multiple then it automatically converts into mms
