I see that we don't have the option to set a delivery timeframe on this order. Anyone able to do this?

Yeah, for me the customize delivery option is greyed out. I need to specify to deliver after I'm home from work. I guess I'll call FedEx and find out why this option isn't available.

You only have those options if the shipper authorized it. If not, they are grayed out. I'm going to chat with online customer support and see if they can authorize it.

Yes... check your shipping email from my verizon.., it shows two items in the lower left... the phone and the sim under the same tracking number
