Verizon LG G4 - does it come with Google Translate?

Greetings everyone:

I have a question, I did a restore with Titanium Backup after rooting the stock phone running v10b but it seems like Titanium Backup restored Google Translate to the /system/app folder, does anyone here know if the LG G4 Verizon version even comes with Google Translate or not? Thanks!
