exactly...Makes perfect sense...its almost the 10th.
Same screen here now too, it wasn't like this yesterday. No charges or pending charges to my card though. I've been pre-ordered for 15 days.

No. New activation, personal account. Switched from Sprint to a Verizon S4 for my wife, and pre-ordered a note 3 for myself. Suffering with Sprint till it comes in. I do get a corporate discount, but its just a personal account.Is yours a business account too? I ordered on day one and my personal account status has not changed. Just wondering if the first wave will be business accounts (which I know get overnight shipping), followed by personal accounts (with 2 day shipping).

I get the same screen and I preordered almost a month ago.I still get the same screenbut i did only preorder two days ago.
Good looking out. I just checked my both ways and get the same results as you. Mine too used to show an empty tracking number box when looking it up as a 'phone order', but now it's showing the "check back in an hour" message instead, while the online order status remains unchanged. Something is going on in their system. I wouldn't be surprised if we see our credit cards billed sometime today or tomorrow, and a shipping notification tomorrow/tuesday. Keep your fingers crossed!The way mine used to look was when I put my 16 digit "Preorder Confirmation" number in as a "VerizonWireless.com" order, it would show me "We received your order and it is in process. Expected Ship Date: 10/10/2013". That part hasn't changed, it's still doing exactly that. But when I'd use my 6 digit "Order number" and "Location code" as an "Over the phone" order (which was how I pre-ordered), it USED to show my order number followed by a blank tracking number, now it goes to the screenshot above. I've checked a few times since I saw that this morning, No change in website results and no charges to my card either.
