Verizon Missing From Carrier List

Hello All,

I received my unlocked U11 from Amazon yesterday. When I first set it up, I did not see Verizon listed on the carrier list. I was planning on switching to them this week. I tried going on Verizon's website to the bring your own device section and when I input the imei it also tells me the device is not compatible. I know it will only work in LTE areas, which is not a problem for me. What am I missing?

You need to have an active sim from a different Verizon device to get it active. Verizon won't add the phones imei to your account.
