Verizon Nexus Jellybean OTA?

No one knows, anything would just be speculation. It's rumored (maybe confirmed?) that the next update will still be ICS, then possibly JB after. The problem is that Verizon has to test all updates before releasing them, so there will always be significant delays when compared to GSM.

Exactly. Unless you work in Verizons division for that sort of thing, you have no clue

Verizon shouldn't even be able to call it a nexus for doing this to you guys :mad:

It barely phases me, I never run stock anway. Coming from a Thunderbolt, everyday with the Nexus is like Christmas. I'll never have an unsupported and forgotten device again!

I see that Google have 4.1.1 factory images for all GSM devices posted, but not yet for CDMA devices. I wonder how fast the CDMA image gets posted after the GSM version.

If i root the phone, will i still receive the OTA update when its live?
Yes if you are still running the factory image.

As I mentioned above, nothing will be posted for mysim until Verizon tests, approves, then releases the update.

Yes if you are still running the factory image.
They won't post the images until they've tested and released the OTA.
