Verizon or Google version?

I just purchased a supposedly overstock Pixel 2 phone off of Ebay. Is there a way to tell if this phone is a Verizon version or Google? Also, is there a way to tell if it is a new phone or if it has been refurbished? There are no marks on the phone but it did not come in a factory box or with accessories. Thanks!

Can you enable OEM unlocking? If not, probably Verizon.
