VERIZON OTA BOG4 - I am screwed right?

Hi all-just got a nice,brand new S5 delivered to me from the HR girl who then proceeded to accept the update in front of my horrified eyes.
I am assuming that I now have no access to root,safestrap or any other custom recoveries/roms,correct?

I damn near did! Better to keep my job though. I at least wanted to root and kill the bloatware.oh well,still a nice step up from my old S3.

I believe I attempted to root over a BOG4 update and am currently stuck in a boot loop, is there anywhere I can get the SM-900V BOG4 .tar or is there another way to resolve my issue. I have tried flashing every firmware I can find! PLEASE HELP!

I also soft bricked mine but found a tar file that I previously downloaded and Odin flashed it. Now back to normal with the BOG4. ..... No root. Oh well. ..lol
