Verizon preorders getting pushed back

I went in to Best Buy and they told me they are the same way, it's just not posted on their ads; which pissed me off. I wanted the VR and I called and complained to Verizon. I have been a customer for 10 years and never missed a payment and in order to get it they want me to switch plans... not cool. I threatened to leave but after I quoted elsewhere it really didn't benefit me to leave because I am limited in my rural area.

My bb order has the vr and sd card included in my order. I think I'll have a strong case if they tell me otherwise.

Well that really pisses me off... I hate when people don't know what they are talking about. Now if I cancel with Verizon and go pre order there who knows when I'd get the phone..

Silver is sold out online but the other two are available for the 11th.

I preordered Silver Edge on 2/23 over the phone and I dont even have s Shipping date. It still says processing. Anyone know why? This is making me worried

It says Expected Ship Date: 03/11/2016
but the Preorder page says Deliver by 03/11/2016
I called Verizon and they told me that it won't ship until the 11th, but I told them thats not what the preorder page says. So frustrating. Do you know when I'll actually get the phone?

Thank you! I don't even know why I call Verizon anymore. There Customer Service is useless. I wanted to trade an old phone in. One person said to do it online with the order, another said that I do it after I receive the phone, one person said to go to the store, another said I'll receive a text message. I don't know the correct option. Good thing I saved the chat with a sales rep. saying to do it after so they can't lie to me and say they never said that.

I ordered mine at 8:05 on the 23rd. I am guessing they will ship out tomorrow (Saturday) or Monday. I am still upset thought that TMobile has had them so long and no other carrier has sent them out.

My last phone was the s5 and I got it a week before it was suppose to ship so was hoping that it was going to ship this morning... but still nothing.

I was told that it's the Bluetooth one. It will notify you of a call and text but you can't talk through it. That's the 3g model and it has to have its own line.

I ordered the silver one and noticed it said 3/31 so I changed it to the gold and it said 3/11. I'm gonna put a black spigen case on it so the black and gold may look pretty slick. I'm worried that the free gear will be gone by the time big red ships them. T-Mobile and other countries are receiving theirs now. Samsung is only giving away 500,000 units. They will go quickly. Yeah I'm more interested in the phone, sure. But if miss out cause Verizon dragged their feet I'm gonna be pissed.

Does anyone know how to do the $100 trade in for any phone? I ordered my S7 edge over the phone. Everytime I call Verizon to ask how to do it I get a different answer. I have no assurance that I'll receive the $100 because of this.

I called again and talked to someone who seemed like he generally cared. I have to wait to receive the device and then I'll receive a code.

As of now, if I do the trade in my device is worth $0.00

Ordered biz account, Feb 23, 2:30PM. Amex just charged my card full amount. Order shows completed on status page. Have not seen tracking info yet.
