I'm still getting pretty bad lag and performance issues, and I'm not even talking about my phone yet!

Just kidding. But seriously, anyone else having performance issues even after doing all of the above fixes? 50% of the time it runs fine, the other 50% of the time it runs worse than my Droid Bionic did 6 years ago. Only thing left to try is a complete clean install and root .. I'd hate to do that, but if it comes to it I will.

When you say "fix hot spot tethering," do you mean enabling the native tethering feature without the carrier provisioning? I ask because it doesn't seem to work for me. *on Verizon S7 using flashing the modified zip for that device.

I have all these fixes in my rom I made already. Running good so far. Gonna run it hard for a little before uploading. I'm using vzw software and I don't have lag. I didn't build nine off of U build. Gonna do a seperate rom for that as its stripped of everything. I like everything to function on my roms. If they can atleast

yes you can install roms with this root. For roms you just need to go to the dev section and look. Several of us are working on roms to release. So until one of us releases one enjoy root and xposed ;)
My rom is already uploaded to AFH but like i said testing atm.

Eagerly awaiting your 935U rom. :) Personally I find the PEH universal build runs smoother / has better battery life than the PE1 Verizon build.

For those of you that still have MMS issues, check that you haven't frozen or disabled IMS Service or IMS Settings or MmsService in Package Disabler or Titanium backup.

Package disabler pro automatically disabled IMS and MMSservice for me when I ran their generic "Disable all bloatware" from the settings and it got some important things, so beware of that.

Re-enabling them brings it back to working order.
