Upgrade took some time, but so far, no problems. Pretty responsive. Seems the same, maybe even better. Nothing appears to have changed much up front, so most of the changes are deeper inside. I'll see how battery and performance fare over the next week or so. But so far, no issues except still on April 2018 security update. Need to get the rest of the security patches out there.

I just installed it as well. It did take a bit, and my phone even did a weird and dimly lit reboot. Once everything settled down, it's running great. I don't like the new combined look for settings and things here and there, but it's noticeably faster and does control background apps better.

Day two. No problems so far. Nice performance. Battery life seems the same, maybe even better. Hard to tell right now. Definitely not worse.

What I also like is finally we can place a short cut to "My Apps" on the desktop. The version of Nougat we were on didn't allow that so either you used a 3rd party app and/or launcher to do that. I myself use Microsoft's launcher. I really do like it even though I have Nova as well.

Now we just need to get the security updates because we actually fell behind with his upgrade. We fell back to April when we were on May I believe. Verizon is reportedly going to be sending out those security updates in the near future. Probably needs to make sure this is stable enough which for me, it is.

Extremely stable here so far. Around 6hrs SOT, battery drains slower than I was noticing on Nougat, which I'm all for.
The changes are definitely subtle between N and O, at least for what I'm using it for.
I'm not a heavy user throughout the day, plenty of days I'll only drop about 20% from about 1hr of SOT so I can easily go 2 or 3 days without needing to charge.
All in all, very happy with the update so far
