install OTA zip using teamwin recovery

I am trying to install the update zip with teamwin recovery, but it fails.

I have the latest teamwin and select install, browse to the zip, but it errors out every time. I am stock rooted unlocked.

I am sure that I am overlooking something obvious and would appreciate a nudge in the right direction.

Sounds to me like you might want to try a different recovery.

Thanks, I tried it in ClockworkMod Recovery and get " E: Error in /external_as/bfd5cc........
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.

Might just have to go back to stock recovery take the OTA and root again?

So I found a recovery image from back in April when I first rooted the Xoom and installed twrp that still downloads and asks to install the JB update.

How do I now get rid of twrp and go back to stock recovery so I can take the OTA? It will fail if I don't go back from twrp to stock recovery, right?
