Very high temperature on Z3

Hi guys, today I was making a backup with TWRP Recovery and the phone was connected to the charger. After a few minutes I noticed that the phone was VERY HOT and the temperature indicator of TWRP was showing 98 celsius (208,4 fahrenheit). I disconnected the phone immediately and switched it off and after about 10 minutes I turned it on again. All looks normal but now I'm scared thinking about the damage that this may have caused.

Has someone had this problem too? If yes, what damages has the phone after it?

Yes I noticed the same thing but my Z3 (6653) didn't get quite that hot, only 87 degrees during backup.
I was using the latest TWRP 3.0.2 recovery for Z3.
My personal opinion is that this particular recovery is not 100% compatible with the Z3. TeamWin have not released an official version for the Z3 only Z3C. The existing TWRP recovery is unofficial and needs work done to fix the heat issue.
