Very slow focus on 1080p 60fps

Does anyone else have this problem? I have the exynos model and when i shoot at 1080p 60fps and move the phone close and far the camera make about 2 to 3 seconds to focus the point. When I am in different modes it is almost instant. Is it normal?

My 950F focuses in little less than 1 second while zooming in/out and moving the phone at the same time
