This is second phone I've tried so far and second phone has exact same issue as the first phone.
When antishake is enabled, video become shaky. A slight movement makes picture tilt clockwise and counter clockwise several times, on screen corner of the picture moves about 1/8 inch up/down around the center.

Have anyone notice this?

I haven't tried video, but when I try to take still pictures with anti-shake on, they have all turned out blurry. Turn it off, and the pics become crystal clear.

I think they have the setting backwards

I'm having the exact same problem and it's driving me crazy. Anti-shake is such a great feature on a small device like this. I'm going to try to troubleshoot it a little more today, but there is clearly something wrong with the software (hopefully not hardware problem).

So far I can't seem to reproduce the problem just panning around my house. But if I take a video of my kids running around (even though I'm not moving the camera much at all) I get a crazy jitter effect. The other thing I've noticed so far is that this has only happened on videos taken outdoors.... so I'm starting to wonder if this problem happens with a combination of anti-shake and high shutter speed/aperture.

I'm a little worried that I've seen very little discussion on this topic. I hope it doesn't go unnoticed by Samsung developers.
