Video Calling?

Upgraded from the HTC 10 to my unlocked HTC U11 but now when I try to call anyone I no longer have the option to video call them? The camera option is grayed out. I can not receive video calls as well.

I'm on Verizon.

Any help? Ideas?

No go. Verizon is blocking everything they don't have to legally allow. The only reason it works on Verizon is because the FCC mandates they don't restrict access on the 700mhz spectrum, aka band 13.

****ing Verizon. Is there no way around it without changing to a bloated Verizon phone?
