video converter for Mac

hi, i know there's a handy video converter for the HTC touch HD that can be used for the x1 as well. this is for the PC platform though, do you guys know of any such application for the mac?

try Handbrake or mpeg streamclip..

I prefer streamclip, but handbrake has some usefull pre defined profiles for converting.

Both can convert dvd's to avi's, h264

I find with quicktime pro exporting as iphone movie works quite well for the x1
