I have the same problem. After updating to EMUI 9.1.0.326 (latest update from my country, Spain) focus problem when filmiing at 30fps with EIS persists, and as mentioned before, less noticeable at 60 fps without EIS. I sent all what they asked me to send and they told me via email that a solution is on the way by a future OTA but it never comes. We are with the August security patch yet and waiting for the fix. Filming in pro mode and selecting AS-F option gets rid of the problem but this is not the way. Very annoying problem that is starting to irritaing me.

EDIT. I found via Firmwarefinder, the app from Google Store that the update 9.1.0.350 is available and compatible with my Honor 10 model. I guess the same model we all have here, the european one. But I do not dare to do it, but there it is...
I get 9.1.0.352 and 9.1.0.353 in the app, but no 9.1.0.350.

Honor Support said the 9.1.0.350 wasn't released yet in Germany, and some countries aren't getting this update.

Thanks for the info mate. Anyway, in a Spanish forum where we usually discuss these topics, a new update is on the way. 9.1.0.351. And it's the one that solves the focus problem. We're waiting for them and some of the people in that forum already got it.

I just installed it from Spain. Here version 353 and no more continuous focus problem when recording video. Now thinking about recording at 60 fps without stabilization or 30 fps with stabilization enabled and 18:9 aspect ratio for fully screen/cinematic experience. What do you think guys? Which mode do you use?

Problem solved after installing .353.

Honor support said on the phone they would not release the update for my device, or any other device of several European countries (I don't recall which ones right now, but Germany was one of them). After a long talk, they realized they had to release it because there were a lot of users with this problem in those countries also. They asked me to wait a week for a follow up, and after a week I got the update (last week). I only tested it in my usual testing conditions and in fact the problem is completely solved.

I didn't spoke with the regular support. I had some "ugly talk" by e-mail with the "regular support", and after that discussion I got a call from other, more technical, department.

I am from Malaysia & I have got this problem since update to 9.1.0.341. Damn annoying. Try reseting the phone n even changing battery. No different. Seems like how Honor is forcing the mid range users to change phone faster. Coz 2-3 years on a rm1k phone is not making them profit.

It's just incompetence. They solved it already and are releasing the update gradually. They made a mistake in EMUI 9.1, no conspiracy there...
