What's the status on rooting the current Note 3 rom? I have a friend who asked for my help. My Note 3 and Note 4 are rooted with T Mobile. I have a Verizon S4 that I rooted by downgrading the kernel and rooting with Towel Root. Then I flashed the current kernel. Will this merhod work with the Note 3?

Negative, Ghost Rider. Verizon Note 3 root is locked via the bootloader until Verizon or Samsung stop jerking us around and unlock it... or till someone finds a security hole... or you can learn and find a hole or you can go buy a developers version and skip the entire mess we've officially ran into after the NC4 update OR you can get another phone. That's about it. :/

if your note 3 is v4.4.2, check the forums... and you can still root.
if you've upgraded to 4.4.4, you're stuck with the rest of us.
