No as you are flashing between different Samsung official firmware.Does this require unlock bootloader first?
None, it doesn't unlock the sim or allow root. Most people use this to remove carrier bloatware or as a stepping stone to convert from one carrier firmware to another.What are the benefits of installing this over my T-mobile software? No root yet, right? Does it at least unlock the Sim?

I believe the latest U1 firmware and Latest AT&T firmware match(both end in ARF4) so you should be able to still do this.I had auto update off and it did a auto update to June 1 will this no longer work? I've been waiting to hear back about the Hotspot I asked about and yesterday it did a auto update
