Need to install stock ICS rom in HTC Sensation

Dear All,
i need some help to install stock ics rom in my HTC Sensation 4G T-Mobile... i bought it in used and its already rooted and clockmodrecovery installed on it... my current version is 2.3.5 gb... though htc announced officially android 4.0.3 for htc sensation OTA but OTA is not working on it.. when i check automatically software update from setting its stuck on checking... no result... can anyone guide me how to update manually? it is also not finding via htc sync manager on my pc.. i am new android user and dont know enough tricks.. i dont know about bootloader, s-off, hboot etc... my phone info as below:
