Nope according to the Terms and Conditions (in the upper right hand corner of the app) you only get 24 hours after pressing play. Maybe it's a United States thing. You are correct in that 30 days is given to actually play the content. You don't even need to read the terms. Just select "Rent" and you'll get the notice.
