Video white balance question

Now that 4K mode is moved in with video, can you still adjust white balance (not colour tint) on 4K video or 1080p? On past Xperias it's really annoying when it shifts around as you can't make it a constant setting (like daylight, cloudy, indoors etc.), except in the separate 4K app.
