Video with No Sound

I have noticed a problem with my phone and it seems that the microphone for some reason does not record sounds whenever I take videos.

The only sure way to fix this it seems is to restart the phone.

Has anyone had the same problem? It seems that the P20 also has the same issue.

Yes me too.. I don't know what to do.. After restart its back to normal but after awhile it happen again. No sound during video recording.
