The only root method for MJ7 that I have seen is Kingo root. But it is questionable if the program is safe or spy ware.

Does what work? Root de la vega or ss? Ss still works root de la vega does not . Youll have to root using kingo

Does just rooting trip the knox warranty thing? Just dropped Moto Razr and got note 3 . Never did any root work on Samsungs, all moto. Thanks.

edit: also I'm being prompted for sw update. Should i do this update and then root? I saw this question asked for the newer software. Root is possible on newest update MJ7, but done thru a different program?

No root doesnt trip Knox.

Just use kingo, easy one click root.

not yet but I may do one soon. just install the program run it and you will have root. its easy
