What steps have you followed? Are you in open beta?
i tried with beta 30 to 33.. i tried arisemod and some other viper4android mods still didn't work... device turns on and crashes viper or any other app related to and keeps doing it and finally tries to factory restore the device

Its very Simple steps to working Viper in Latest Open Beta 24 or OP3 devices on
Stock OOS (Stock Kernel or any kernel) (Recommended : Blu_spark kernel r215)
1) Root with Magisk
2) Download & Install module in Magisk
- Magisk Selinux Permissive script V 1.2 (Google it to find)
- Viper4android FX (Created by Ahrion, Zac.....) (Directly available in Magisk Download menu)
3) Restart, & all is working without any issue.

Check out.

On my 3t

well if you need viper4android only, just use viper4android module in Magisk.
for arise if you set
install.magiskcompatibility=true
it does something in boot image and device factory restore after boot
so dont set it as true
and if you dont want to reset , when twrp opens after factory reset dialogue just flash magisk uninstaller zip. it restores stock boot image , device boots up and you don't get reset dialogue anymore
