I want to share my experience on how I got viper4android working on my stock HTC One A9 sprint 6.0 marshmallow after several attempts, it should work on any HTC One A9 without issue..
Requirements:
1.twrp recovery or any recovery.
2. root access
3. Deodex.. deodexing is very easy with 3C-all-in-one toolbox..
Now download the viper4android+Dolby atmos from this link...http://download1060.mediafire.com/y9qsvg33amig/woyu1zc8cub9ja1/ViPERAtmos_5.2_Stock.zip ...now boot into TWRP recovery and flash the zip file..
Now wipe cache/dalvik
Reboot to system ..it will take a while to bootup, if u have xposed installed about 220 apps will optimize for the first boot but don't panic..if it doesn't bootup reboot into twrp recovery again and don't repeat any process just reboot to system again and wait for about 5-10mins and enjoy the power of viper4android and Dolby atmos...
Note: this should work on all stock lollipop and marshmallow roms permissive or enforcing.. you don't need to set to permissive..Enjoy
