Viper4droid busybox issue

i'm on lineageOS and i'm trying to use viper4droid it tells me that i may have a broken busybox installed even though i tried to install it from the app any help ?

Do you have Lineage rooted? Since I understand it isn't rooted by default.

I forgot if I needed root or set SELinux to Permissive to get rid of the BusyBox error.

Or use V4A ARISE with AROMA installer, which for me made for a painless install for me, and I did not need to monkey around with SELinux.
