vipers 1.2.1 wifi problem plz help

sorry my problem is like a story but plz read it and help me plz
hello guys my wifi doesn't work i saw some posts and they said it is the kernal problem and u most change ur kernal
let me explain my problem better : i installed vipers 1.2.1 and it was great the only problem is wifi which i can not turn it on
some guys told me wipe cach+dalvik . then i wiped it and it fixed. wifi found my modem and i connected to internet.
but after rebooting my device while wifi was on, i still can't connect to my modem.
wifi is always on and i can't turn it off. it founded my modem but it always shows not it range.
what should i do now/? is it about the kernal ?? how should i find a good kernal ? should i download it then install it like a new rom?
i couldn't find any solution about fixing wifi problem in this beautiful vipers 1.2.1 rom

Hi I use viper and the kernel I use is Sebastian. I have no problems at all with WiFi. I suggest a fresh installation of viper, with a new download incase the old one is compromised. Do full wipe, cash, dalvik , wipe data factory reset, then install Rom. Then if you wish to install sebastian ( it's a great kernel for battery life too) install like you would a Rom. You should not have any trouble with WiFi then. If problem still is happening after that, l would post on the viper development because someone else might have same issue or know of a fix. Best wishes
