ViperS 1.5 Bootloop - Full Instructions please

I have been running S3N5aY Ver 2.1 (Gingerbread) For over an year now, and thought it good to upgrade to Viper 1.5 as the reviews on the rom looks good, I am working clockworkmod 5.0.0.8, did a full wipe and installed, but on reboot the rom gets to a stage where it starts an animation spelling out sensation and the hang there for a minute or two and then reboots.

Please can I ask what I did or did not do ?

Will it not be better to put a installation guide and recommendations on the first page of the ROM Page, make it so much easier than wading through 2000+ pages trying to figure out what you have done wrong.

sound like your device isnt s-off and u dont flash boot.img by yourself. am i right ?

Phone is s-off (Revolutionary) PYRAMID PVT SHIP S-OFF RL,
Extracted boot.img from Viper 1.5 zip loaded via fastboot method and still the same problem.

The phone is on hboot 1.17.1111
Radio : 10.14.9035.02_2

In Sensation Development you can fine a Thread by Mike1986 (dev of ARHD), I suggest also to move to 4Ext Recovery Touch.

Thanks Loaded 4EXT Image, and upgraded.

Then loaded 3.33 and loaded ViperS 1.5

Working fine now !
