ViperS 5.0.0 - cant wake up phone after night

I have got strange problem with my HTC Sensation with ViperS 5.0.0. Every functions in phone works fine, i have not got any reboots or errors. But!
Yesterday at 10PM i had got 100% battery (wifi/3g was turned off) and i went sleep. When i woke up at 6AM my phone was dead, i was not able to wake up phone using power button, even when i connect charger nothing happens (even notification LED not light). I had to remove battery and insert it again and phone boot normally and battery was 94% so everything is ok.
I had this same situation during two consecutive nights and this ROM i have got three days

(bootloader) version-main: 3.32.401.3

Funny, I had a very similar issue just days before. I posted it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2559580.

I manually measured my battery pd to be ~2.9V. Hence I concluded it to be battery related (mine is 1.5 year old).

With my new MUGEN battery, i have not this on Viper-5.0.0, but I still got this on KitKat AOSP ROM.

I think that problem is not in battery but in rom or kernel. My Anker battery has got about 6 months, moreover I have not noticed that problem on my last rom - Elegancia 8.0. Thats start happens when i have installed ViperS 5.0.0.

Yesterday evening i have turned off function Sleep mode in Settings->Power and today morning my phone normally waked up. Maybe it was problem with this function.
