I've received my Visible sim a few days ago and have been trying to get the service to actually work ever since. Before I ordered the sim I'd put my IMEI in and it said my phone was compatible. When i'm on factory Pie or 10 I have service (LTE), and it works fine, but there is no option to turn on enhanced LTE mode (it's off), so I can't make phone calls (not incoming our outgoing) since volte is not enable without enhanced LTE. I've installed about about 7 custom roms, as well as factory Oreo. with any of these roms I do have the enhanced LTE option, but the "visible" APN does not show up and adding/editing APNs is disabled, so I do not have service at all. I've tried to copy the apn-conf.xml (i thing that was the name of it) from the pie install and transfer it over to a custom rom, but that just gave me an empty APN list, and adding/editing was still disabled. I've messed with it for a good 12 hours now and i'm about ready to give up. Visible customer service was no help at all (spent 2 hours talking with them, their level of training does not go much past "have you tried turning it off and on again"). Any input would be much appreciated.
