Has anyone been able to get Tasker to turn on the speaker phone for visual voicemail. I have had no luck, I am aware there is some bug with the samsung devices.

PF+ VVM has that feature built in. Shuts off the external speaker and plays through the ear speaker when you place the phone to your ear. Speaker phone when you lower the phone from your ear. I've been using this app for years with much success.
