Got yesterday my dual display version Chinese version 10/128.
First impression compered to Vivo Nex Chinese version is that out of the box has much less pre installed Chinese bloatware.
Later I will do detail thoughts and feedback about this unique device.

Yes I'm having the same issue I've already send a message via Facebook messenger to Vivo support.
I'm waiting for an answer and will provide details for this.
You should do the same thing,talk with them otherwise they wouldn't think of fixing it.
