You can flash anything in 9008 EDL mode using QPST, split ROM images for vivo nex can be found in net, but for now this is a chinese version, just wait for global rom will be available.
To enter 9008 (you should have adb divers installed and working, developer options enabled, your device should be shown by command "adb devices") execute command "adb reboot edl" command.
To exit this mode perform a hard reset.

Hi, i read this post and i ask you if it works. I need to reset my Vivo Nex because i have various problems, the biggest is that brightness sensor not works. I want to flash previous rom for wipe every partition and i read this guide https://aiomobilestuff.com/vivo-nex-1805-pd1805f-firmware-ota-fastboot-qfil-rom/ but when i "Turn off the Phone and Attach it to PC by pressing Vol up & down button" my device go into fastboot rom and QFIL tool doesn't recognize the device. So for enter into 9008 mode i can use "adb reboot edl" without problems?
