VOLTE only starts 2019

So i read an article that starting in 2019 Verizon will be shutting down the cdma thru 3g networks pushing everything to 4g and 5g. I know developers have been trying to make volte and wifi calling work but no luck yet. With this in mind we will need to upgrade to run on those bands, any affordable ideas on replacements for the quark and why that phone? Thanks

LG V30. Mint LG V30+ can be bought on eBay for $300.

Got one (V30+) yesterday as well...time to lay the Droid Turbo(s) to rest.

All V30/V30+ have bootloader unlock and root. I wrote the instructions.

So if I'm in a bad area and get only 3g or 1x I will not be able to utilize?

Yes been eyeing unlocked version for verizon and if i need to switch, thx... Are you 5g capable?

They better start installing towers a little closer to each other. Or they will lose everyone that is in the 1x to 3g range.

I dont think there too wortied about that, upgrading towers to be 4g and 5g now, saw commercial on tv yesterday talking about it
