I successfully do the process, and my VoWiFi works fine. But after i updated my crDroid ROM (i flashed new OOS 9.0.8 firmware too), and now the VoWiFi doesn't works. It is possible, flashing new firmware resets the VoWiFi to the original state?
An earlier message in this thread confirmed any time you flash a new ROM you have to go through the steps again.

can someone help about how to restore overseas profile ? I'm trying local upgrade with full zip but nothing . (op7 pro)
you can load stock rom with unbrick tool. (no zip) you can find unbrick tool op5 or op6 in forum. but op7, i dont know...
another way, try other profiles (telefonica uk, vodafone india, hg3 denmark) it can be success one of them...

I have managed to activate my volte / vowifi on my oneplus 5 ( digi romania carrier ) with Nederlands-VoLTE-Vodafone . Thank you very much for the thread.

( For vowifi to see it activated if you have dual sim select the "Switch data card" on the notifications tab from the top of the phone, to the sim (1/2) that you are activating the vowifi)

Hi,

did anyone already try to activate VoLTE/VoWifi with the new Android 10 Open Beta?

Thanks!

Nevermind, I looked into the original guide. Seems not to be working at the moment.

Anyone have any ideas how to get VOLTE in custom ROMs on an OnePlus, as the diag port appears to show up as 'OnePlus 6' with no drivers and attempting to force install the Qualcomm driver doesn't work.

Or is it possible to backup certain files on oxygen os and restore on the custom ROM, unfortunately my provider (Sky Mobile) which uses O2 and the profile isn't activated by default.

Edit: Got it working by backing up the modem and EFS in twrp in Oxygen OS with VOLTE active and then restoring the modem and EFS in the custom rom and then selecting LTE/TDSCDMA/GSM

Thanks but you talk about OOS 9 ? Or You talk about backup from OOS 9 restored on OOS 10 ?

Because QPST/PDC is not compatible anymore with Android 10, this tutorial working only on Pie devices

I did like this:. I was on Cutstom ROM. I did a backup. I switched to OOS 9 on my OP3T. I did what I had to do to activate Volte and VoWifi. Then I did a restore using my backup.
Now I have Volte and VoWifi on my Custom ROM, Android 9.
Edit: now I saw your edit.

Hi Guys,

I managed to get Volte working on my OP5 using this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/rog-phone-2/how-to/guide-enabling-volte-vowifi-v2-t4028073

*Make sure you backup your EFS partition before starting !
*I used CMD(run as Administrator) to execute the commands (PowerShell was causing issues)

Start from Step 2, and activate the Serial and Full-port switch from *#801#, then move on like in the guide.
Phone was connected through USB, and QPST must recognize the phone like the below:

You can activate the Volte and VoWifi options using this Magisk module https://github.com/edgd1er/voenabler/releases, or any echivalent (module, app, prop).

For MBN's just copy one that's already included in the stock OOS and it used to work for you in PDC:

/vendor/firmware_mnt/image/modem_pr/mcfg/configs/mcfg_sw/generic
Code:
mcfg_sw/generic/apac/airtel/volte/mcfg_sw.mbn
mcfg_sw/generic/apac/idea/commerci/mcfg_sw.mbn

I tried enable VoLTE from instructions above. I managed to get VoLTE working on SIM slot one but I'm not able to set up SIM slot two. Command "EfsTools.exe uploadDirectory -i mcfg_sw.mbn -o / -s 1" is not working "Option 's' is unknown."
