[Volume Boost] Soundmod - Xperia T2 Ultra Dual [Kitkat]

Requirements:

1. Root

2. X-plore or any other file manager with root folder access

Procedure:

1. Extract and replace "mixer_paths.xml" in root/system/etc

2. Change the permissions to rw-r--r--

3. Restart your mobile

Note:

I won't be responsible if anything goes wrong.
I'm also providing the stock xml file if you want to revert back to the original settings.
If you experience any distortion please tinker around with xLoud & ClearAudio+ settings in the sound section.

didn't worked for me, I did what ever u said, and I use xplore... plz help, n m using power amp... the sound in earphone is still low

Works fine for me.. Change the sound settings and try it.. I use skullcandy earphones and trust me its damn loud.. Maybe its a headphones issue..

It is for kitkat buddy..
Working just fine for me..
If I make it any more louder distortion will kick in..
Change the settings..

actually what I meant was to upload two modes a louder and an extremely louder one, not to replace the existing one, sry i it sounded offensive

Try the extremely loud soundmod, I'll not make it any more louder as it could damage the speaker.

I need help urgently... I backed up my mixer_paths.xml and then copied the given file in the directory specified... The problem is after restarting my phone the screen is completely black... although my PC is detecting the phone via USB, and I can hear the ringtone loud n clear... but no o/p from screen whatsoever.
I had root, but didnt unlock bootloader and dont have a custom recovery yet... so that has complicated things... PLZ I need help

Never mind, fixed it sorry for the awkward panic mode, and yeah this mod does work

Seems like software repair is the only way to solve systemui crashed.

Extract revert_stock_back.zip and place mixer_paths.xml in the root\system\etc
