Volume up button problem miui 11

Hello, warmest greeting from indonesia. I want to ask regarding volume up problem on my mi note 3, after update to miui 11, my volume up button is not respond, try to reboot also not help, i am still facing the same problem. Volume down and power button work normal. Is this problem from software (bug from miui 11) or hardware problem? Thanks in advance

Seems to be hardware. Try flashing another miui rom for example earlier version. If situation is the same than it is for aure hardware.
