VPN on T-Mobile?

Does anyone have experience using a VPN on a T-Mobile Note 8 (or any other T-Mobile phone)? I'd like to be able to bypass their video-res restriction. Do they block (or throttle) VPN connections?

I use VPN all the time (not on note 8, but other phones), though not for streaming. No blocking/ throtteling on VPN connection for me so far.

Hey, T-mobile user here. not sure what vpn you are using, but I am get through using expressvpn
